The name references the district west of Ninth Street as well as a play on one of Cincinnati’s historic neighborhoods, Over the Rhine. Chef Griffin Paulin's menu is based on traditional pub fare, incorporating uncommon ingredients and elegant execution. Essentially, high-level food without the high-level price.
